We want you to be satisfied with our products and services and we are constantly looking at ways we can improve them and get your car parts and accessories to you faster. Delivery with us is only £3.99 and we use a service that will allow you to track your parcel.

How long before I get my stuff?

We don't want you to wait long before your items are delivered to you, so we'll aim to get it delivered by 5 working days at the most and expected delivery time is 2 - 3 working days. If it takes a little longer we're sorry - feel free to contact us and we'll see what is going on and ask the delivery man to hurry up! If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you and keep you in the loop.

If you really need your items asap, we can dispatch it with a priority delivery service at an extra charge. If you contact us before your item is shipped (preferrably as soon as you make your order) then we can work something out!



We want you to be happy with any items that are delivered to you from us, and if you find anything wrong with them you may cancel the order within 7 working days after delivery and return them to us (unfortunately we can't cover the postage costs for returning items and these must be met by you). Please note that all items that you wish to return must be in their sealed, original condition and once we receive the items we shall issue a full refund. All goods returned are in your care till they reach us, so please ensure they're packed so that they reach us safe and sound!

How do I return my items?

Our returns procedure is quite simple - simply email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number and items you wish to return, and we will send you easy-to-follow instructions on how to return the items to us.

What can I not return?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened blister packs.
  • Any sensitive electronics or engine parts that have been opened and used.
  • Any items that have been opened, used or no longer in their original saleable condition.

Incorrect parts

We are always here to help you select the correct part for your car, based on the information you give us. If you have ordered the incorrect part for your car, you may return this to us, provided it is sealed and in its original condition and we will issue a full refund, except the cost of returning the item to us. Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
